How do I order?

Simply browse through our selection at

Select your items, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once you settle your payment, you're all good to go!

What are your payment options?

We accept payments through our payment partner PayMongo:

  • Visa, MasterCard, and JCB cards
  • E-wallets (GCash, Maya, etc.)
  • Direct debits via bank transfers (BPI, Unionbank, etc.)
  • International payments via credit card and PayPal
  • Over-the-counter/retail outlets (7/11, Cebuana, Palawan, LBC, etc.)

Can I order in advance?

You sure can! You can select your delivery date within a 30-day window. Just choose the preferred date and time range of delivery before you check out and pay.

What is your same-day cut-off time?

Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. Next-day delivery for orders placed after 2 PM.

Didn't meet the same day cut-off time or do you want your order delivered /picked up ASAP?  We’ll try our best to accommodate your orders as soon as possible.

Can I change my order after it ships?

As a policy, all goods dispatched from our locations are considered final. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to the order.

Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made 3 days in advance of the initially requested delivery date.

My order is wrong or incomplete. What to do?

In the instance that you experience an issue with your order, please contact ask@lemonlimemanila or send us a message via SMS/Viber +63 916 580 9996. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

I am not tech-savvy. Can someone place the order for me online?

We are always happy to help! Just directly contact us via SMS/call/Viber at +63 917 580 9996 so our team can help place your order in our system over the phone.

Can I cancel my advanced order?

We understand that things change sometimes. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us +63 917 580 9996 at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time.

We cannot cancel/refund advanced orders less than 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up/delivery time.

We made it easy for you to arrange, pick-up, and receive your orders.

Pick-up and Delivery

What are your available shipping methods?

We have the following shipping methods available:

A. Lemonlime Manila Delivery

Arranged by our team via Local Courier Delivery (Grab/Lalamove). There is a FLAT RATE FEE of PHP 250.00 for orders within Metro Manila. If you prefer this method, just tick this option upon checkout, and the flat fee rate will automatically be added to your total amount.

Our Dispatch Team will send you the tracking link via SMS once dispatched.

B. Self pick up / book

Arranged by you, and shouldered by you. Personally pick up and book your items in our home kitchen. No additional fees. Contact us for directions/assistance through Instagram message @lemonlimemanila or Viber +63 917 580 9996 or +63 917 682 1818.

What time can I pick up my order?

Upon checkout, you are presented with time slots for your order. If you are unable to follow this time window, just send us a message in advance so we can adjust the necessary actions on our end.

We will send a confirmation message via SMS/Instagram once your order is ready for pickup.

I will pick-up my order via a third-party courier. Is motorcycle pick-up safe?

Yes, but only up to a certain weight/total quantity ordered.

Just please ensure your rider has a decent insulated bag to handle your orders properly in transit. We will not accept couriers without a proper insulated bag.

However, insulated bags have limited space capacity. This can only carry up to 2-3 whole pies/cakes (or a total size equal to that). If your order is more than the weight specified by your courier, we recommend booking a "car" or booking separate motorcycle riders to avoid damage to your goods.

Disclaimer: Our Shipping Team guarantees the accuracy and completeness of all orders before we forward them to your courier. All goods forwarded are in good condition. Lemonlime Manila will not be held liable for any damage or issues caused by the courier during transit.

Where can I see the status of my order?

If you choose Lemonlime Manila Local Delivery option, our Dispatch Team will send you the tracking link via SMS.

I am have multiple orders with different shipping address. What to do?

Our checkout page can only process orders with one shipping option. This means that you have to process your orders separately.

In which areas do you deliver?

As of now, we only accept orders for delivery within Metro Manila.

We will surely let you know once our Nationwide Shipping is available. SOON!

I am ordering for a friend. What details should I put?

That is so sweet of you!

  • If you choose Lemonlime Manila delivery shipping method, input the delivery details of the recipient.
  • If you choose self-pick-up/own booking, please input your details.

Can I include a note card with my order?

Absolutely. It's a great way to personalize your gift. It's nicely handwritten on a Lemonlime Manila note card.

Just type in your message for the recipient in the Special Notes section box before you check out. No additional fees!

Ingredients, Storage and Shelf Life

I have a food allergy. Can I eat your products?

We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. While we do have select products that do not contain eggs or nuts, all of our products are baked in an environment where wheat, milk, peanuts, eggs, and soy may be present. Due to the presence of these allergens at all of our baking facilities, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, nuts, dairy, or eggs.

How do I store and handle my ordered goods?

Storage and handling instructions can be found within each product’s description online. Lemonlime Manila baked goods are meant to be enjoyed as soon as possible. We bake the old-fashioned way, without the use of preservatives or stabilizers.

Do you have Vegan products?

We sure do! As of now, we offer a vegan version of our Signature key lime pie exclusive at Real Food branches. See our Retail Partners page at the bottom of our website for more information.

Disclaimer: All of our products are produced in facilities where gluten is present, so we do not recommend consuming products if you are gluten-intolerant.

Do you have physical store I can visit?

As of now, we only have 2 home kitchens for delivery points and pick-up. We deliver/assign pick-up based on your location for faster delivery. However, this is subject to the store's same-day stocks.
